I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to coming in for recall and nee tires and wheels. I was told take half a day so i took a rental car and hung around the area i check back in about 3:00 and they havnt recall and nee tires and wheels. I was told take half a day so i took a rental car and hung around the area i check back in about 3:00 and they havnt even touched it yet said it would be 6:00 so I went and looked at some more shops and just sit down to eat and they called and told me they wouldn't be able to get to me that day! They did cover the rental for that day and the next till it was fixed but its aggravating What is the use in making an appointment if there not going to touch it and i wasted my whole day hanging around the area If i had know. I could have went home and came back next day! More

every time a service is done, they don't inflate the tire, check the pressure and leave the tire without the valve cap. I always have to buy new caps, inflate the tires myself.
