I was satisfied with my overall service, but the reason for the 3 stars is due to them not completing my request to check the air in my tires to make sure they had enough air. When I picked up my car my ti for the 3 stars is due to them not completing my request to check the air in my tires to make sure they had enough air. When I picked up my car my tire light came on and when I asked the young lady to have someone check my tire pressure she kept saying it may be due to a sensor going bad. I explained to her that I''ve had issues with the tire pressure on one particular tire, but she kept saying it most likely was the sensor. Someone did check the tire in question and it was extremely low on air as I had shared with the service tech. As the old saying goes when service comes into play..."the customer is always right!", or at least in this situation. As for the ones that cleaned my motor...they did a great job! More

My first service at Toyota with a new car and it was fast. Biggest impression was the customer service as K.
