Very efficient I thought the experience was very efficient. Katie had me checked in and in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new loaner car. Rallye was very acc I thought the experience was very efficient. Katie had me checked in and in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new loaner car. Rallye was very accommodating when I couldn’t return my loaner on the same day and told me not to worry, just bring it back the next day. Easy and pleasant experience More

Yearly check-up (B service) and inspection When I arrived at the service center, I was greeted with a smile. I was given time to take things I needed from my car. Ken Vachris, my service repres When I arrived at the service center, I was greeted with a smile. I was given time to take things I needed from my car. Ken Vachris, my service representative, took care of everything from the minute I walked into the service center until I signed for a loaner car. The gentleman who brought me the car, took the time to show me anything I needed to know before I drove out. Ken texted me when my car was ready. He texted the bill and payment portal. I chose to pay at the service center when I returned the loaner car. Ken took care of everything. He reviewed the bill and took my payment. He walked me out where my car was already waiting for me. Ken has been my service representative since 2000, when I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz. I give him 5 stars for his exemplary service for all these years. More
