I recently bought my car in for a service and Katie Lyons handled it perfectly. While Rallye was kind enough to reserve a loaner vehicle for me, I decided instead to wait. I was advised that it would take an handled it perfectly. While Rallye was kind enough to reserve a loaner vehicle for me, I decided instead to wait. I was advised that it would take an hour and a half; within 40 minutes Katie had me all set! All members of Rallye’s team are wonderful but Katie—without asking she always goes beyond.
