Honda Valley is quite a busy dealership with people coming in and out throughout the day looking at cars or getting their car serviced. Their service center looks really clean and modern, they have a v coming in and out throughout the day looking at cars or getting their car serviced. Their service center looks really clean and modern, they have a very nice lounge with TVs, iMac workstations, kids lounge, free coffee and tea bar, and plenty of seats to relax. The people here are nice and are all willing to work with you and your needs. Would definitely recommend to at least check out this place. More

I had been searching for a very specific Accord with a manual transmission. Found one 300 miles away at Valley Honda, and it was certified. I reached out online and heard promptly from Armando. He offered to get additional images and put together a brief video for me on this brand new arrival to their inventory. Less than a week later we were driving the Accord back home to Wisconsin. Armando was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to my various requests and questions. Everyone else at Valley Honda from the receptionists to finance was professional and welcoming. They even brought a water bowl for our dog who travels with us. This was a good car buying experience overall BUT the dealerships payment policy for purchases by out of state buyers is ridiculous (IMO) as they require a "wire transfer" or cash for your funds. No certified bank checks or drafts allowed and "cash" for a $28,000 purchase? That is why I didn't rate this dealer higher and would probably keep me from purchasing from them again since we are out of state buyers. It was really this specific used vehicle that kept the purchase going. More
