Eli then walked us through the delivery process, which exceeded expectations. He called and gave constant updates and kept us in the loop from day 1 through the date it was delivered. Unfortunately, we picked it up on a day Eli was not in the office, so we worked with JD. JD made sure we understood the vehicle inside and out. You can tell he believes in and stands behind the Honda brand. He wasn't too pushy on anything, but made you understand certain packages and truly explained every detail of the car. My wife and I really appreciated it! We live about 45 minutes away, but will be back to Valley Honda for our next vehicle. More
