They sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in, they stayed in touch to see if I needed anything and they let me take the care overnight to allow my mechanic to check it out! Levi Crumley was very attentive and took care of me. Nathan, one of the managers, took care of the signing of the docs. I was very pleased all the way around and would happily drive the 75 minutes again to buy a car here. More

From Fabian Glave and Levi Crumley to Sales Mgr. Keith Harris and couldn't leave out the finance mgr. "Prince" that keeps a fake spilled cup of coffee on his desk to start conversation. this dealer is without a doubt the place to buy a vehicle! no detail was left undone and I drove off in my new Denali a very satisfied buyer and by the way....they beat 4 other dealers by a large margin! WINNER, WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER!!! JUSTIN PARRISH IS MY HERO! I live over 200 miles away and I was in a brand new Chevrolet Traverse from my local dealer. I decided to call and talk with Justin Parrish the SALES I live over 200 miles away and I was in a brand new Chevrolet Traverse from my local dealer. I decided to call and talk with Justin Parrish the SALES MGR. and he beat my local dealerships price by a landslide $$$$$$. We did everything over the phone in less than an hour and they were on the way with my wife's new Traverse. Justin even called and spoke with the owner Jeremy Parrish and he offered me a sweet deal if I decide to trade this one in down the road. We purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander in 2017 and loved it but if I was offered the new Traverse equally equipment as a Toyota Highlander I would pick the Chevrolet Traverse, It is an amazing 3rd-row seat SUV. If you drive one, I do not know how you could possibly pick a different SUV. In my opinion, it is the best on the market right now. Also, Justin called after the dealership was closed to check on me and my wife to make sure we were happy with everything. Keep up the great work!!! More

Having been in the retail and service industry for 47 years, I knew what I needed to hear from a salesperson that would add to my comfort level. Enter Fabian Glave! Fabian gave us his undivided attention, taking as much time that was needed to have my wife and me understand the entire process. He was sure that he made us understand the Jimmy Britt way of doing business. As for honesty, isn't that what we all deserve? That is what you will find here. There is a reason that no matter how far you need to travel to get to them, it will be well worth your effort. I wish to add this final point. If you want to know what Jimmy Britt Chevrolet is all about, just go see Mr. Glave and ask him about their Board of Shame.
