Brought in for an oil change. Asked if I wanted to do a recommended tire rotation. I agreed. Left the building and my wheel came off my SUV on a busy road. They didn’t put the lug Asked if I wanted to do a recommended tire rotation. I agreed. Left the building and my wheel came off my SUV on a busy road. They didn’t put the lug nuts back on the wheel. They ended up having to order a replacement rim. I go in today to get the new rim put on. I left immediately after and then noticed there were dings in the new rim. I’m not even going to bother calling them as I just want to move on from doing any business there. More

The service department kept my car for 3 months with no compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation! I had to pay a car note for a car they had and for a rental without any reimbursement compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation! In my five year experience with dealing with Cortese Ford, I have unfortunately learned that they seem to do the bare minimum for their customers. It is never anywhere close to an enjoyable experience Ford, I have unfortunately learned that they seem to do the bare minimum for their customers. It is never anywhere close to an enjoyable experience whenever I have to take my car in for service as I am typically made to wait hours for something as straightforward as an oil change. Customer service is consistently very lacking—during my last visit, the service employee was visibly annoyed when he had to call someone for an answer to a simple question about their warranties. When these issues were brought to a “manager,” only excuses were given. To add insult to injury, the car I purchased from them has had nothing but problem after problem after problem, so I will be choosing to take my business elsewhere from now on. I don’t trust this organization to adequately service cars, and would rather even pay more elsewhere (however doubtful that seems) then have to deal with them again. More

The conversations with the service representatives about the costs of the recommended and optional services were clear and to the point. The reps were also clear about what extra work was required once they the costs of the recommended and optional services were clear and to the point. We needed the vehicle back by a certain time the day after we dropped it off, and Cortese was able to meet our deadline. Good work. More
