Everyone is always friendly and Keith was great. He reminded me to get a recall scheduled and looked at. There were drinks available for customers, but nothing ever in the snack area. (Do Not Go Here For Anything! ) This review was going to be about a 3-3.5 star review, but not anymore. This was my 2nd time bringing a vehicle to get service done on it and will ) This review was going to be about a 3-3.5 star review, but not anymore. This was my 2nd time bringing a vehicle to get service done on it and will be my last. Service being done was "Mount and Balance 4 Wheels and Tires And perform an Alignment" On the day of I arrived at the service department at my scheduled time 1:15PM. I needed to speak with the technician who was going to work on my vehicle to go over a few things done to it so he knows what to expect. My service provider would not allow me to speak with him but indicated that the information would be passed on. Once checked in they started working on my vehicle, They pulled it into a bay where I could see the work being performed on it "Passenger Side and Front" I was able to knock on the door to the shop and speak to the technician assigned to my vehicle and told him what I told the service provider. Ok so at this point every one should have the information needed and if they don't they know to come get me. Total time: 3.58hrs, 1:15pm-4:50pm My tires were done in about 40mins but done incorrectly! I'm an Engineer and normally work on my own stuff, 2 days after I decided today I was going to change all the brake pads. Started on Passenger Front and worked around, everything was fine until I got to the Driver Front. I tried to remove the lug nuts with a breaker bar but they wouldn't move. I then had to get an extension just to break them lose, once I got the wheel off I noticed the inter hub of my rim was caved in! This is caused by misaligning the wheel and not following the torque sequence or the torque spec. "Which I deliberately told them about" These were custom wheels and now they are damaged "This was unknown to me at the time my vehicle was being worked on and would have never been told to me" For the remaining time I sat in the waiting room for the alignment to get done "2.92hrs" an alignment doesn't take that long by the way, I sat there wondering what was taking so long. I then had to go find someone to go find the alignment technician to tell me what was going on. I was told that there was rust on one of the tie rods for the passenger side and it wouldn't move but he got the driver side done. "But only after waiting and me demanding to be told" I then told him to not worry about it and to pull my vehicle around. 1hr later my vehicle was finally ready, then I was told they couldn't do the alignment . I understand maybe they thought they could do it but I already told them to not keep trying. So once I left my vehicle had a vibration because the wheel was incorrectly installed and pulled to the right because they alignment wasn't done. The next day took it to "Mavis" and was done in 30mins. In conclusion the 1st vehicle that was serviced by them had the incorrect part replaced on it and one of the tires was inflated to 55psi "which is the max psi for that tire and extremely dangerous" The 2nd one was damaged by them and the vehicle drove worse than when it was took in. Oh also was called a lair when I wrote the 1st review by the service provider. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and a 2nd chance, this was there's. More
