The check in people and billing are very good. However, the business practice you use is very deceptive and disappointing. You set an appointment, but don't actually start working on the vehicle u However, the business practice you use is very deceptive and disappointing. You set an appointment, but don't actually start working on the vehicle until HOURS later. Then you don't have the parts to fix the problem. Even though you've been told what needs to be replaced a week before your appointment. VERY BAD PRACTICE. I have used your shop for 16 years. Seriously looking for alternatives now.
