Three words - Luther Honda St. Cloud - or, perhaps five names: Stacey Shegrud, Casey Van Dorn, Dane Fransen, Travis Anderson and Keith Schmeling. I purchased my 2013 Honda Pilot new in May of 2013, and I drive 45 miles to have it serviced by Luther. I have adhered to the recommended service intervals, and Stacey, Casey and Dane have been there for me every time (Travis is a recent arrival I understand), all under Keith's watchful eye, telling me what I do need, AND what I do not need. It is not often you see knowledgeable friendly people with such a record of longevity at an automobile dealership. Thanks for being there for your customers. More

Fantastic service Stopped in because me psi sensor had come on. They tested and filled each tire and said one was particularily low. They took it off and couldn't find Stopped in because me psi sensor had come on. They tested and filled each tire and said one was particularily low. They took it off and couldn't find any nails, etc. So they put it In a water bath and still could find no leaks. They did say the sensor's o ring was showing wear and should be replaced sometime soon. After all this, they charged me nothing and I went on my way with four fully inflated tires, and a warning light no longer lit up. Fantastic experience. Fantastic staff! More
