It took 1 and 1/2 months to get a service appointment. Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. Then they forgot about me at my appointme Then they can’t check my check engine light because there was no tech even though it was on my appointment. Then they forgot about me at my appointment while I sat there for 3 hours. Then the said they would call me with the how much it would be to fix my car and I am still waiting. So i am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at my appointment. I do not recommend. More

It was better then the last few times I went when they were doing construction. It took a little longer then they said but not so long that it made me mad. This was my first brand new car. I went in to kia Jim butter not wanting to buy a kia. Not once did they pressure me into a Kia .there Finace department Salvador was fantastic.
