Keith is a long-time service advisor and I appreciate his straight-forward demeanor. He does a great job explaining services and representing the dealership. On my last visit, the State Inspection equipment straight-forward demeanor. He does a great job explaining services and representing the dealership. On my last visit, the State Inspection equipment was down and the service could not be provided. Overall, the dealer's space devoted to service is undersized as evidenced by the congested parking area and scheduling delays. As a result, I have occasionally gone to another KIA dealer for services. Jim Butler KIA should consider offering Saturday hours for lighter service needs. More

The work was done in a very timely fashion, and it was fixed right on the first visit. This is especially important to me as I have to drive 45 minutes to get to the dealer.
