My previous 2015 BMW X3 had a 4 year service deal covering not only oil changes but also brakes, wiper blades, etc. BMW has recently changed this to only 3 years and oil changes and fluids only. This almost made me think about other manufacturers. I guess this is a dumbying down of the brand. More

But quickly discovered that your employees were helpful and gracious. They were more like friends that we hadn't see in years. Sadly, the experience was shortened because we came in later in the day and although the dealership stayed open longer to complete our sale we rushed to help get everyone home.
