The service writers are not to attentive, I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, later a woman , I think her name was Mia asked how I was doing, She was excellent at taking care of t minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, later a woman , I think her name was Mia asked how I was doing, She was excellent at taking care of things, she went out of her way to check on things, she even helped my wife who is interested in buying a new Kia. Your service writers could learn from this young lady about how to treat a customer. More

I had a slow leak in my tire that they fixed by plugging it. The next day that same tire would make noise for two days whenever we drove it. Had an appointment, waited 2 hrs for an oil change and software update. And still didn't have it washed. Also were suppose to rotate tires and oh, we forgot, but you can wait some more..
