The service writers are not to attentive, I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, later a woman , I think her name was Mia asked how I was doing, She was excellent at taking care of t minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, later a woman , I think her name was Mia asked how I was doing, She was excellent at taking care of things, she went out of her way to check on things, she even helped my wife who is interested in buying a new Kia. Your service writers could learn from this young lady about how to treat a customer. More
