We worked with Franklin Garcia to purchase our 2020 CR-V this week. He went above and beyond to make this buying experience smooth, quick and transparent. Franklin contacted us ahead of the appointment to c this week. He went above and beyond to make this buying experience smooth, quick and transparent. Franklin contacted us ahead of the appointment to confirm which vehicle we were interested in and had the car ready for test drive when we arrived. During the test drive, Franklin explained every feature in the car and gave us opportunities to test things like adaptive cruise control, lane departure, rear cross traffic alert, etc. Before the appointment, we were torn between three different cars. After one meeting with Franklin, we knew needed to be in the Honda CR-V. I HIGHLY recommend going directly to Franklin with any and all of your car buying needs! no bull-xxxx just great salesmanship with a focus on the customer first. More

Could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve been leasing my whole life and just made the move to Honda. I usually dreaded having to switch out my lease every 3 years but everyone here made it an ef leasing my whole life and just made the move to Honda. I usually dreaded having to switch out my lease every 3 years but everyone here made it an efficient and easy process for me, and I wasn’t even a reoccurring customer. My experience with Alex Bernabe was great - he was honest, straight forward, and we were able to work out a good deal. Kelvin in the finance department and Ermis who gave me a breakdown of the cars functionality, were also great. Will definitely recommend them in the future. More

Seamless Process From Start to Finish!!! Can't express how grateful I am for the team at DCH Honda! I was limited on time and worked with Kim via email to figure out a deal I was comfortable Can't express how grateful I am for the team at DCH Honda! I was limited on time and worked with Kim via email to figure out a deal I was comfortable with. Set-up an appointment and worked with Harold Martin on all the details in person. It was such a seamless process (as quick and painless as car buying can be!). Kelvin Rodriquez from Finance was so helpful and kind and once the car was ready we got a whole breakdown from Ermis Liriano. Can't thank this team enough, it was our first time purchasing from this location and definitely not the last!!! If you're looking for fair prices and an honest and transparent dealership, DCH is your place! More
