My Toyota had gone for 20 years and 250 000 miles, and had no such issue; the VW - THROUGH NO FAULT OF NORTH/PENN - had only gone 10 years. The NorthPenn Family is the only place I would take my vehicle(s) for service ! VW, if they are building cars for people who keep them longer than 100 000 miles, would need to address this in their manufacturing process. Control arms, which had failed, should be more durably manufactured. (in all fairness, the ENGINE, so far, is PERFECT) More
