Receive my car back with more problems after keeping my car for 5 weeks. After paying for breaks I didn’t need because they made a mistake. My clutch on my car went as soon as I left the dealership and whe car for 5 weeks. After paying for breaks I didn’t need because they made a mistake. My clutch on my car went as soon as I left the dealership and when I brought it back they said it wasn’t them. If you have to go to a VW dealer drive past North Penn VW out your way because you will be better off. More

The service experience that I am critiquing is based primarily off of the relationship with Ken Benton. Ken has taken the time over the past 14 years to describe, in detail, the various ways that the ma primarily off of the relationship with Ken Benton. Ken has taken the time over the past 14 years to describe, in detail, the various ways that the many issues that my “unique” car has developed as well as the directions that can be taken to be resolved in as economical/ reliable way possible. Ken is who keeps me returning to North Penn’s service department. If I was rating the dealership based upon the “tech” person’s finished product of late- not replacing missing under pan bolts/ leaving a broken bolt extractor in a location that was not properly fixed the first time? I was able to drill out/ re- tap the other broken bolt in 1/2 an hour. Now I will need a special bit to extract the extractor. Overall the experience is pleasant and professional at N.P. From the shuttle driver- Jim ?(sailboat captain) to rental , to check-out. Thank you! More
