Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate the opportunity to communicate directly regarding the issues at hand. I want to clarify that I have sent multiple emails to the General Manager and a finance manager (I guess he is not working there any more), detailing the concerns and seeking resolution. However, I have not yet received a reply. I understand that direct communication can often resolve matters more efficiently. Therefore, I kindly request that Mr. Ken Boustani respond to my emails as soon as possible to address the unresolved issues and discuss a viable solution. Your assistance in expediting this process would be greatly appreciated, as it would help facilitate a swift resolution to our ongoing matter. Thank you once again for your attention to this request. I look forward to the General Director's response.

Following your recent response, I must express my concern as it appears we are going around in circles. As previously mentioned, I have already reached out to the General Manager and a finance manager on multiple occasions without receiving any substantial feedback or resolution (except asking me to call them) to my issues, particularly regarding what I perceive as discrepancies in the handling of my warranty – a matter I referred to in my communications as potential warranty fraud. This ongoing silence from the General Manager is both disappointing and alarming, especially given the serious nature of my concerns. It leaves me questioning the commitment to customer service and integrity within your dealership. Thus, I am writing once more to insist that the general manager personally respond to my emails regarding these critical issues. It is imperative that we address this matter transparently and directly, to clarify and rectify any misunderstandings and move towards a resolution. Your immediate attention and a response from the general manager are crucial at this juncture. I trust that you will not disregard my request and will act swiftly to facilitate the necessary dialogue. Thank you for your understanding and prompt cooperation.
