Our salesman Ken Delk always goes above and beyond to help us. He is patient and listens to us about our needs. He has never been pushy and is always a pleasure to work with. Everything is always taken care of as it should be and we have never once had a problem. Nate Lieb their BMW Client advisor went over our new car with us and explained how to use everything. This car is as smooth as butter and I think we are really going to enjoy it. I did want to look at some other cars because you know us girls like to shop around. But, husband wasn't having it. He will only go with BMW of Westlake and the Ultimate Driving Machine! More
