I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. She searched the internet and found a few at Westlake,. She went by herself to the test drive. Ken was pleasant, attentive and extremely accommodating. No pressure as he explained the various options. My schedule is not flexible so our business was executed mainly through e-mails. We were able to take possession of the Grand coupe earlier than was promised, which greatly pleased my wife (happy life...). Ken was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and quite easy to work with. We would recommend both him & the dealership. More

Couldn't ask for more out of car buying experience. The showroom and new dealership is really something to be seen! The dealership and its surroundings were very nice, clean and well cared for. Nice amenities for customers and all staff was very kind and considerate. We have bought one car for my family previously, but this is my first time buying a BMW. We came back to work with Ken Delk because of our previous excellent experience buying the M3. Ken and all the rest of the staff we dealt with during the whole buying process were amazing. They really take the time, care and consideration of each individual during the whole process. I like that they treat you with respect and kindness when trying to search for the car and options one is looking for. They worked hard with us to get our payments where we needed/wanted them to be and worked hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I appreciate that. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about all the staff we worked with at BMW Westlake. It was an overall excellent experience! The place to go for a BMW in the Midwest! Fantastic! Frank Steffen was absolutely fantastic to work with on a new BMW lease. I knew exactly what car I wanted, and they had one in inventory with exactly Frank Steffen was absolutely fantastic to work with on a new BMW lease. I knew exactly what car I wanted, and they had one in inventory with exactly the options that I desired. I found the car I wanted with a quick search online at Ganley BMW and sent an email. I was immediately contacted by Frank Steffen with a detailed price quote that met all of my expectations! It was an incredibly straightforward process without the back and forth of price negotiations. They offered me an absolutely incredible price right from the get go! Between Frank (Sales Mgr) and Ken Delk (CA), they assisted me with all of the details and questions, and I drove 175 miles to get the car on a Saturday. Most of the critical paperwork was done ahead of time and the delivery process was flawless! Ken even called Sirius radio for me to disconnect my old car (turned in same day) and activated my new car. He set up our account with BMW Assist as well and had great follow-up even after the Delivery process. Ganley BMW is the place to go int the Midwest for a new BMW! Performance Delivery Experience September 2, 2014 HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjo HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjoyed it immensely. The test track experience was a dream come true. It wetted my appetite to go back and take the two day driving school. The factory tour was impressive. I’ve toured many manufacturing plants during my business career including other auto assembly plants, and several engine manufacturing plants. The technology and innovative methods being used at the Spartanburg, SC plant are mind boggling. Finally, the delivery experience was extremely thorough. There is so much to learn about the control systems that are on the iDrive, it will take us a while to absorb and retain it all. But it was an extremely helpful start. We will do this experience again in a heartbeat when we purchase another BMW. We only drove about 100 miles yesterday and are now in Asheville, NC for the day. We plan to spend today touring the Biltmore Estate and finish our trip home tomorrow. Our short 100 miles was a wonderful driving experience and we absolutely love the car already. I’m sure we will enjoy it even more once we learn how to operate all the controls. Thank you very much for all your capable assistance in helping us buy the car, and especially for setting up the Performance Center delivery experience for us. We appreciate the strong support from Robert Strecker and Frank Steffen too. We were impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, and thoroughness from all three of you. Would not recommend on long distance sales We were working with the dealer on pre-owned vehicle they had for sale, though we are not local to Ganley. The car ticked all the boxes that we were looking for and we were willing to travel a couple hours to get right car. While we continued to shop for vehicles local to our own area, we were in contact the Ganley sales rep for information on the other car we were still interested in. We were ready to move on the car, but were attempting to come an agreement on a final price point for the deal, and before we nailed down travel plans. Long story short, we never heard back from the sales rep over three days the dealer was open, and it appear instead the car was sold. While they reserve the right to sell the car, at a minimum I would have expected to be contacted and told that the car was gone. Overall a lackluster experience in terms of long terms sales and trustworthiness. I've bought multiple cars (including two BMW M cars) and motorcycles at a distance over several years (both privately and with dealers) and have come to expect better customer service than what we had received. In fact, I recently bought a 2011 BMW M3 from a semi-distant different dealer (i.e. not Ganley) - a sales rep at that dealer knew I was looking for a specific car, and they called and gave me first chance at purchasing the vehicle -- that's the type of customer service is enjoyable. Perhaps with Ganley the experience is different for in-person sales, but over email/phone we were very underwhelmed - go somewhere else if you are not local would be my advice. More
