Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Ken got me my first BMW at age 24!!!! When I first went to BMW of Westlake I knew what kind of car that I wanted and the color! Being young I wanted something small, classy and affordable. My mother and I went in on Thursday to view a couple of cars and came back on Saturday and pulled off the lot in a new BMW 320i, all white! Double dealing We have been looking for a new x3 for my mom and a X5 for my husband and I. My husband found the X5 that fit what we were looking for this morning at westlake BMW he emailed and promptly received a call from knowledgeable ken. He was able to work out the deal over and so we head up to finalize the paperwork. While we were their we mentioned that we had also been looking for a car for my mother ken hunted down the perfect car for her and worked with us to make us a great deal we left feeling we both got a dreat deal from A genuinely good person.
