Autohaus on Edens provides superb service. My longtime service rep, Ken Dunaway, has provided me the best service I've ever received in my 53 years of owning an automobile. I appreciate everything he does, including giving me accurate information about service needed, making suggestions that are appropriate for the problem I'm experiencing, and during the pandemic, providing me with door-to-door delivery since I cannot cube into public spaces at this time. Thank you very much for the amazing experience I've had with my Mercedes ML350. I look forward to buying a new car in 2022. More

When I arrived at the dealership, Ken was ready with my paperwork. He sent me a text after I left. He called when my car was ready with a complete report on my car’s service. When I returned to pick up my paperwork. He sent me a text after I left. He called when my car was ready with a complete report on my car’s service. When I returned to pick up my car, Ken had my paperwork and car keys ready. He made the process of a service call so easy for me. Always a great experience at Autohaus on Edens. Service department replaced a piece of blacked out window trim that was discolored.
