LACK OF FOLLOW UP AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD NOT RETURN CAL THE WORSE PHONE SYSTEM, SERVICE WOULD NOT CALL BACK FOR APPOINTMENT. CALLED THREE TIMES TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CALLED. I HAD TO CALL MY THE WORSE PHONE SYSTEM, SERVICE WOULD NOT CALL BACK FOR APPOINTMENT. CALLED THREE TIMES TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CALLED. I HAD TO CALL MY SALES MAN KEVIN JAMES AND TOLD KEVIN THAT I WAS BRINGING MY CAR IN ONLY 600 MILES ON NEW CAR. ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON. ONCE I DROPED OFF CAR, SERVICE WOULD NOT LET ME KNOW WHEN THE CAR WAS READY. I DROPPED OFF IN AM AND CAR WAS AT DEALERSHIP OVER NIGHT. SERVICE REP WOULD NOT RETURN A CALL. I HAD TO CONTACT KEVIN JAMES AND AKSED HIM IF MY CAR WAS READY. I AM THINKING OF USING ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEVIN JAMES IS A TERRIFIC SALES PERSON AND I LIKE HIM AS A PERSON WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON THAT I BOUGHT MY THIRD CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP. I REFFERED MANY PEOPLE TO KEVIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BUT WILL LET THE PEOPLE I REFER TO THE DEALERSHIP TO USE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. JUST PLANE OUT HORRIBLE SERVICE- HARD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO FOLLOW UP TO CUSTOMER WHEN CAR IS READY. I DID NOT USE A RENTAL AND HAD A FAMILY MEMBER PICK ME UP WHEN I DROPPED OFF CAR.
