My wife and I recently bought a Durango from Ken at Klaben CJDR. We started with a phone call to ensure the verify the vehicle was still there, which is when Ken answered. He had the vehicle all ready Klaben CJDR. We started with a phone call to ensure the verify the vehicle was still there, which is when Ken answered. He had the vehicle all ready to go when we got there for our test drive. We pointed out a few minor things and they were more than happy to address them, and get the car detailed within the week. Reason for even looking at this specific Durango was it had every option we were looking for, and for a great price including being CPO. We were very happy overall with our purchase, and with Ken's attitude during the entire process. Everything was chill, no pressure, and even though we were ready to buy the first day we came in, he wanted to make sure any concerns were addressed. Which they were, and only had us sign the paperwork or make the deposit once we were fully satisfied, and ready to drive away with it. So very happy with our purchase and look forward to the many road trips with our dogs. More

My family has purchased from Klaben over the last 30 years and keep coming back. The Customer Service is A1, I called to see if there was a specific vehicle available and reached Ken Harris. We did ever years and keep coming back. The Customer Service is A1, I called to see if there was a specific vehicle available and reached Ken Harris. We did everything over the phone/email on a Friday. Bank was closed Saturday, and he was off on Monday. Tuesday morning 5 minutes after opening he messaged with a buyer's order and asked what I wanted to do next. We scheduled a time to come in that afternoon, and he gave me a list of what to bring. I walked in at 5:15 my vehicle was clean and ready. We met with him and scheduled our first free service appointment, then met with Brian Franklin in Finance. Brian had all paperwork ready to go. We went over payment options with no hidden surprises. We were out of finance by 5:45. Ken then spent the next 20 minutes going over all the features of my vehicle with me. Leaving there I felt we were treated very well. Both Ken and Brian didn't treat us as if they wanted to throw us the keys and "get out". Even talked with Brian about my last two purchases with them--that he brought up. Then to top it off this morning Ken reached out to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle and to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Not as if it was a requirement but as a genuine concern. One of a kind Salesman!!! I have no doubt we will be back again. More
