His approach was genuine and patient — Ken is a true role model for how sales should be done… We also met Mousa, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Ken, our salesman was awesome but Longanecker, the finance guy was super rude. He had a sign and get out attitude. There was also not a good selection of used cars or very many used cars in decent sha finance guy was super rude. He had a sign and get out attitude.
