Not eager to help, do a poor job on a simple oil change and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. Didn’t wash our car but as we could see all the cars before us were washed when asking a and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. Didn’t wash our car but as we could see all the cars before us were washed when asking an employee if they do car washes he said he didn’t know if the dealership washes cars. How does an employee for a car dealership not know if they wash cars or not when he works in maintenance. Also don’t know if it’s because we are not driving a Toyota but we bought the car from yall but they walked by us and checked in other cars and asked what they needed as me and my wife and baby sat there when we were clearly there first waiting watching employees walk around like they were scared to talk to customers and waited for someone else to jump on it. Overall xxxxty experience Toyota is not known for that at all my family has been doing business with y’all for years but I can say I’d be just fine never going back there after that.
