We had some horrible experiences with Honda dealerships. (North City Honda and Honda of Kenosha). We were lied to in emails, from salesman, and even Managers (Honda of Kenosha). We were in the market to buy a used vehicle and if we hadn't run across Ken Negley at Valley Honda, we very well may have bought somewhere else, regardless of price and need. Ken was friendly, straightforward, and listened to what we wanted, needed, and helped us to not only buy new instead of used, but we bought 2 brand new Honda HRVs instead of 1. We drove an hour and a half out of our way to see Ken and to get to Valley Honda, but worth every minute. By far the cleanest and friendliest car dealer we have ever seen, so impressive. Thank you Ken for all of your hard work, you took us from almost leaving Honda forever, and instead buying 2 brand new vehicles from you. Great job!
