I drove 2 of the 3 cars ruled out a 4th potion and made my choice. I spoke to the manager, George to iron out the details and to Kenn in finance. Everyone was very personable, and knowledgeable. It's still early in this relationship but at this time I will return for service and perhaps another car. More

Dana was very thorough, funny & knowledgeable about my desired car. I initially came to fact find, check & test drive. Dana wasn't pushy or overbearing. I gave him my bottom line and he heard me. Once we (myself & the dealership) met in the middle, Dana came in on his day off to make sure what I needed was taken care of. Thank you Dana!! The finance guy, Kenn, was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He spelled out the different options available and wasn't pushy. Very personable. All around great experience, and I already knew that having dealt with Wild East Towne Honda on a previous car deal. The first experience was why I went back there again, and was not disappointed!. Even though we showed up to the dealership 45 minutes before they closed, he still worked with me and didn’t rush anything. H time frame I needed it. We agreed on a very fair price on a Honda 2020 CR-V EX AWD. Dylan was easy to deal with and responsive to my emails. After coming to a price, I was directed to Tony DePetro (Sales and Leasing Consultant). Tony was professional and easy to deal with. Tony didn’t try to up sell me or change the price. Tony was knowledgeable and helped us pick out a car. I felt no pressure and he was willing to take all the time needed to show us the features on the car. Tony also reassured us if we have questions after driving the vehicle for a while to come in and he would help. We then dealt with Kenn Ogunsola (Financing). Kenn was professional and knowledgeable. Kenn took the time to explain the forms and made sure I understood them. I left with a smile on my face after buying the vehicle.
