The service department goes above and beyond listening to
your concerns and cares about making your vehicle right. I had noises under the front end at slow speeds that were louder when going up a driveway,
your concerns and cares about making your vehicle right. I had noises under the front end at slow speeds that were louder when going up a driveway, over a speed bump, and pot holes. Kenn, my service advisor, had a mechanic go with me so he could hear the noises before he worked on my vehicle. Harvey, the mechanic, was very nice and patient. He heard the noises and told my service advisor, Kenn, what it could be, but wanted to check out everything. All the noises were found and fixed. The wheels bearings were bad and my vehicle needed rear shocks. I'm so pleased with the repair. I'm a capital B, when it comes to my Flex and I just won't take it anywhere else. Gosch Ford also services my husband's Explorer and I just can's say enough positive things things about the service department at Gosch Ford, Temecula. Thank you Kenn and Harvey!
