The individual who received me wouldn’t listen to my request and kept asking if I bought the car at the dealership yet he had computer to notice,he doesn’t know simple features if certain vehicles have request and kept asking if I bought the car at the dealership yet he had computer to notice,he doesn’t know simple features if certain vehicles have auto start,finally he brought me a diagnostic I didn’t request with hefty charges and simple lies,I wasn’t told Toyota Avalon auto start expires until I read on line I wanted it restored since it doesn’t kick when I try,there wasn’t tire rotation after service! Am perplexed however… More

Extremely impressive customer service from the receptionists to sales person to managers and everyone in between. My salesman Kenney Lidonde walked me through the whole process step by step and ma receptionists to sales person to managers and everyone in between. My salesman Kenney Lidonde walked me through the whole process step by step and made me purchased my 2nd vehicle this year. We got RAV4 2022 ; I would highly suggest him he is professional and well entertain dealer he will answer your call or txt even his day off that's how professional and accommodating Kenney is . The manager Nanguyen was also very helpful during the purchase of my car and overall a great experience. When you go to toyota Auburn just find Kennedy he is the best! More
