Kenneth Jones was knowledgeable, personable and took the time to explain to me, a total car dweeb, what was going on w/ my 2011 Honda Civic (her name is Jane). In being a HONDA owner since 2016 (purchasing from Wolfchase Honda), I’ve always received excellent service which over the years has led me to travel the extra distance to Wolfchase Honda although oft Wolfchase Honda), I’ve always received excellent service which over the years has led me to travel the extra distance to Wolfchase Honda although often being closer to other Honda dealerships, but it was on Saturday, March 13, 2021 where all of that changed as to my visit was the worst as a result of the customer service received from advisor Kenneth Jones. Yes, I will consider receiving service there again because all others presented better customer service. More
