Stopped by on a whim.........owned a Jeep 2 days later! Stopped by to satisfy my curiosity of the Jeep Wrangler. Due to Ganley's friendly and customer focused sales personnel and staff and the dealership's large inventory, two days later I drove the exact Jeep model I wanted home. My wife and I were greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist and we met sales rep Larry Orozco. Larry brought us two different Jeeps to drive. After the test drives we sat down and talked about what we wanted and got a price. We were not ready at that time to sign so we went home to think on it. The next day we decided to go and drive the exact Jeep we were interested in. Larry was off and we were paired with Exon Reynoso. Our experience with this young man was fantastic. Exon is a young man who is passionate about his job and will do whatever is necessary to address the customers’ expectations and accommodate them if at all possible. He listened, shared his knowledge of the Jeep and did not hesitate to reach out to other personnel to find information if he was unable to give an accurate response. In addition, Exon is a personable young man who strives to demonstrate to his customers his genuine commitment to them through his strong work ethic and integrity. Working through the pricing was smooth and at the end of the day we were close to the sale. Later that night we were called by Ken Kukwa who presented a price that worked. We closed the deal the following afternoon with a no pressure meeting with Michael Arnoff. Ganley made it happen! More

Their staff is top notch and go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal and service. Henry, my salesman, came in on his day off with his son to help get me a new car. Justin and Ken were great in working out all the details and terms. They even called several other dealers just to find a particular color for me. I eventually bought the one on their lot. But just to see them doing everything they could to make sure I got the car and color I wanted was amazing. Hats off to this dealership. Take your offers to them, let them beat it! They will! More

Excellent buying experience at Ganley Village I just purchased a Grand Cherokee Overland from Ganley Village Chrysler Jeep in Gainesville. Prior to connecting with Ganley Village I had reached o I just purchased a Grand Cherokee Overland from Ganley Village Chrysler Jeep in Gainesville. Prior to connecting with Ganley Village I had reached out to several dealers and had gotten almost nowhere. I asked for information from Ganley Village over the internet and received an email from Mike Campola with helpful pricing information within an hour and this was during non-business hours. First thing the next morning I had a call from Mike Arnoff, Business Manager. I explained what I wanted and he listened and answered all my questions and gave me instantly a price that exceeded what I had been given from others. Simultaneously I received emails from a telephone representative who wanted to make sure I had received all I had needed. The professionalism was total. I made a visit to Ganley Village that day and met Mike and he had Dave Melaragno, the sales rep show me two Overlands and answer my questions. He took me and my wife for a test drive. Dave, like Mike, had a laser focus on my needs and doing everything possible to make the process positive and painless. Dave confirmed the pricing. We explained we don't make snap decisions and both Dave and Mike respected that and we all agreed to talk the next morning. At that point my wife and I had been given the information and the respect we needed to make a good decision. We ordered our blue Overland the next morning. We picked up the next business day with both Dave and Mike helping with the completion of the transaction. The entire process was top notch. Dave and Mike were perfect sales reps for Ganley - helping us get exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. I could not have had a better experience. More
