He was very attentive after our test drive wanting to know if we had any additional questions. Since we did our research before our visit we were already well informed of the car we were looking at so we didn't have any questions. Walter knew we didn't want to be there long so he immediately worked with the sales manager to find our bottom line. Since it was a little more than we had anticipated, I grew frustrated and left without purchasing and Walter was very kind once again. After thinking about it for a couple of days and continuing our search we decided to call Walter back to finish the deal. He immediately gave us the information needed to process our financing. More

Best around We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super frie We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! All we look for when buying a car(or anything really!) are kind people, a fair deal, and dependable service. Ganley Village has all of them! Thank you guys!!! Todd fits the bill and made himself available to speak with me, even on his day off and after hours. After a six and a half hour drive from my small town in North Carolina, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was and the dealership had that "small town feel", which is very nice! The entire staff at Ganley Village Dodge Jeep Ram was helpful and very approachable. The guys and gals all had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy providing excellent customer service. Dodge, Please take note of my review. You have a great team at Ganley Dodge and that is becoming more and more something of the past.
