Overall, very impressed with sales/management staff. Sales agent Kent was a first class human being through the entire process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and projected not only a professional image but also a warm family setting during the entire process. By the time I drove away in my new car, I felt like I had two new brothers in Rich and Kent. Thanks to everyone. This makes three active Honda vehicles at my house (it is all we have). We only have three drivers so I guess this is the limit for now. I would buy a forth just to get to see my new Honda of the Avenues family again, but my bride of 52 years would probably kill me. Love to all of you. More
