I just wanna thank the great team at bmw of Catonsville for all there great service.As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a great team of advisors. Brittany,Neil,Keon,Jamie and Ricky were very h for all there great service.As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a great team of advisors. Brittany,Neil,Keon,Jamie and Ricky were very helpful and great customer service was provided by all five of this amazing team.i brought in my 2021 x5 and my 2014 328 this time.Also the smile i was greeted with could be seen under the mask that everyone had on.Very happy with how clean the areas are and how every one taking the Covid issues serious and professional.i just want to thank this amazing team for everything they did!!! Keon was awesome! I stay with Catonsville location solely to be serviced through Keon. On numerous occasions, I have called Keon and addresses my concerns and questions.
