Leased 2018 GMC Terrain SLT I walked in on an Sunday and everyone was very pleasant even though they were extremely busy. They were all extremely knowledgeable and even took my trade-in that made my day even though car was 16 years old. Rocky explained the different models and the pricing. Since we were looking for a larger car than the new Acadia, we decided on the Enclave. We love coming to Sun and Rocky because there are no games and we don't feel like we are playing Let's Make A Deal. We got the deal that was offered at the time and we are happy with our choice. Joe contacted us as soon as we decided to take the Enclave to explain our coverage options and we were also happy to see Kevin again. We know if Rocky is busy or out for the day, we can speak to Kevin. Thank you Rocky and Kevin. We will be back and we do recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

He was patient, and sincere while dealing with me. I am a retired teacher and my forte is not in technology. When he asked me for my cell phone number..I panicked! As I got into my new ENCORE, my husband told me to "pay attention"..meaning, listen to everything Rob would be telling me about all the knobs on the dash board. And I thought I had, until I couldn't figure out how to release the emergency brake..to leave the lot, in my new car!! As I drove off, I remembered Rob's last words to me.."If you need anything, if you have a question about the car, anything at all..don't hesitate to call or email me. I will get back to you."
