Bought new 4Runner last Thanksgiving and it's had intermittant blower motor issues for the last ten months. Asked to have it changed last oil service but was denied as it was functioning that day. Went to Quincy Toyota dealer and they diagnosed it as being inoperable, but reinstalled unserviceable motor due to not having part in stock. (After 2 hour wait). Returned to Pekin Forts Toyota for next oil service and scheduled blower to be replaced. Called ahead to parts department to confirm replacement motor in stock. Upon arrival for service, I was informed blower may not be replaced due to no "qualified" mechanic on duty. Service department required 2 hours and 20 minutes for oil change, tire rotation and finally blower replacement. I've replaced 4 blower motors on my 2008 Tundra and it's a 10 minute job. They have never completed a simple oil change in less than 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. Once Toyota Care warranty is expired, I will not return for anything but warranty items. More

I came to purchase a new car, not wanting to purchase extended warranty when purchasing the car. Before it was finalized 2 of the finance employees talked to me into purchasing the warranty. Dealing with Fort’s Toyota was very rewarding and easy. From first looking for a Sienna to being to,d when it was going to be built to when it arrived, they kept us informed.
