We went inside the dealership walked around and still not a word from anyone , couple of the people were outside smoking.. Not even a hello how are you.We were there for about 20 min. We left and bought a Grand Cherokee from Rockwall Chrysler Jeep Dodge that night.. I guess Platinum did not want my business. More

Easiest purchase process ever experienced. Got the price point and payments I wanted. Kevin did a great job working with us. Very knowledgable about the Ram 1500. He was able to work the deal with us and hi point and payments I wanted. Kevin did a great job working with us. Very knowledgable about the Ram 1500. He was able to work the deal with us and his management mostly over the phone and via text. Everything we asked for was exactly what we got, no suprises, no dealer add ons. Delivered the truck to us washed and with a full tank of gas. Signed all the paper work and received copies back same day. Kevin even had the general sales manager Will call us severeral times during the process to explore all options so we could make the best decision. Customer service was great in all aspects of the deal, sales, management, finance. Will recommend the Platinum to anyone looking for a Ram. More
