Mechanic's analysis showed a need for new front struts. Not a pleasant surprise - but it was well handled to my complete satisfaction. My Service Adviser was outstanding in his courtesy, knowledge, and all around attitude. Also visited the Parts Department to get some new wiper blades. That netted to very helpful staff members. More

I was pleased with the sales dept. as a whole and in particular I found Rex Holtz to be a stand up guy. When there was a mix up with an appointment, Rex went the extra mile to make sure that I was treated like a long time customer rather than the first timer that I actually was. I found the parts dept.to be knowledgeable and helpful. Except for Melissa Janke, too many bad experiences and not enough professionalism to say the same about the service dept. More

Donnie Her was the main one helping us, and did a great job helping us learn all we needed about each model we were considering, including test drives. Once we decided, we appreciated getting a good price up front without any annoying haggling. We are so happy with the purchase we made, and working with Donnie (and others at Heiser), that we have Donnie looking for an additional vehicle for us. More
