I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in telecommunications-journalism. For many years I was a news reporter, producer, and anchor. I started out in college on radio working for both NPR and CBS News. After college, I made the switch to television working for both ABC and NBC, where I was part of a team that won numerous awards, including an Emmy. My next job brought me to Tucson, but I was feeling uneasy in journalism, and after a break, I decided to try my hand at car sales. I've been doing it ever since. It's fun, and I enjoy meeting all sorts of people and seeing all sorts of cool cars. I hope to meet you soon!

When we first met Estevan by phone to discuss the car and schedule a time to come in, he was immediately helpful, looking to see if the car was available and discussing the different packages on the Outback schedule a time to come in, he was immediately helpful, looking to see if the car was available and discussing the different packages on the Outback. He scheduled us for later in the day and offered to have the car a/c on for us. When we arrived, Estevan told us there was an issue with the car we saw online but the team was working on it and he had others for us to look at meanwhile. He asked why we wanted a Suby and giving us the best highlights of the brand.Impressive highlights! He let us take our time and explore an Outback while he delivered a car from an earlier sale. When we tested the car, Estevan offered to drive during a portion so he could show us some of its’ capabilities. We were again impressed. When back in his office, Estevan asked us if the numbers made sense, did we plan to drive a new car home. Do people really come to just kick tires on cars? We came to buy and told him so. Estevan was attentive and listened to us and got us what seemed like a decent discount. So we did go home with a new car. We appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and spent all the time required to complete all the car buying steps. We were at the dealership for 5 hours. We expected to be. Estevan didn’t act like it was a burden. He gave us a warm handoff to Kevin and introduced us to his sales manager as we were on the way out. In the lot, Estevan pointed out some features and made sure our profiles were set up and seat/mirror preferences programmed. I don’t want to omit Kevin,our finance guy. He had a firm grasp on ALL the additional packages Subaru offers as well as ALL the forms/paperwork/disclosures/ including props . He had a system for presenting it all and did it brilliantly. He is a very organized man! I don’t know how he knew which form went in which stack but he did! And he kept us engaged the whole time and was empathetic and caring. Even if you hadn’t requested a 5✨review, the team earned it and I would have gladly given it. It was a fantastic experience PLUS we got the car of our dreams. More
