They sold me a car that had major mechanical defects and when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they've sold a bad vehicle to would be a "bad business model". When I visited the dealership for the 11th repair in 16 months, a sales person offered me $4k less than a local dealership for the trade-in. The only good thing about this dealership is Brittney in the service department. More

Greg did an exceptional job with the purchase of our new forester. We had a complicated ask, and he remaind patient and organized getting every thing in order. In my opinion that was truly above and beyond what was expected. Gavin and Victorino were excellent helping us checkin service for our outback and impreza which we ultimately traded in for the forester hybrid.
