Kevin G was extremely responsive to my questions from the minute I sent an email to the dealer. Then, he kept in touch with me and had our car ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. He is extremely well educated in Subarus, but also in other cars and is able to quote statistics on everything from safety ratings to electronic functions. This was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car, and it took less than half the time it usually does. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Kevin to anyone visiting this dealership. More

Easy, No Hassle Jo Micoletti was patient as it took me a few weeks to work things out my back issues.. He did not rush me on my decision. He asked questions to explore what was preventing me from buying the car and he was willing to listen to them. Jo truly tried to address those concerns. In addition, Jo did what he could to work with me. I had a trade in that was quoted higher from another car business. Subaru was willing to make the appropriate adjustments in the pricing of the car matching my other trade in quote. Jo spent time educating me on how to use the different functions in the car. He got other staff members to assist me in handling the electronics of the car. The final Fun factor, before I drove off the lot in my new Subaru, involved Jo bringing me a dozen red roses. How awesome was that!! Very Celebratory!!! Thank you for your support and help through this process. More

Mostly Satisfied I was satisfied with the ease of the sale but I feel like more service should have been done on the 2003 Honda CR-V before selling the vehicle. There were several repairs (compliance bushings, oil pressure control valve, rear and left transmission mounts, even left brake light) that needed to be done after the sale. I assumed any repairs affecting the safety of the vehicle would have been done prior to the sale...I was wrong. More
