And we very happily headed home that day driving our 2 new Foresters. Who'd have thought that could happen! Amazing Kevin helped us with the financing for both vehicles. Thank you, thank you! Plus we also had my trade-in. Everyone at Tucson Subaru was friendly and helpful. The building is inviting and clean. Yes, the restrooms, too! They sold me a car that had major mechanical defects and when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they've sold a bad vehicle to would be a "bad business model". When I visited the dealership for the 11th repair in 16 months, a sales person offered me $4k less than a local dealership for the trade-in. The only good thing about this dealership is Brittney in the service department. More
