Drive a Little Save a Lot I would like to thank the team of Loren Henry, Kevin Gribble and Louie Ascecio for making my recent purchase of a 2018 GMC Terrain one of my most memo I would like to thank the team of Loren Henry, Kevin Gribble and Louie Ascecio for making my recent purchase of a 2018 GMC Terrain one of my most memorable and pleasurable buying experiences ever. I drove down to Tucson from Apache Junction not knowing what to expect or if the vehicle would still be available. Kevin took great care of me on my arrival and answered all of my questions. When it looked like we had come to an impasse Loren Henry got involved and worked with me on finishing a deal which ended up involving the trade of my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Loren took his time, didn't rush me and helped me see the logic in purchasing via this route. Louie then proceeded to get me through the financing process, with the lender I preferred, and out the door to Kevin who was waiting to make my delivery. Even though this purchase wasn't for a Subaru Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the vehicle's functionalities to me and even setup my cell phone via he blue tooth and the Sirius radio. It's been a while since I have driven away from a car dealership with a smile on my face. Thank you all for a great experience and making my trip so very worth while. But when you find the right vehicle at the right place and right time, you just have to jump in. I initially contacted Subaru of Tucson because they are a member of the Costco Auto Program and I was interested to see what kind of selection was available. All I knew going in was that I needed a vehicle that was rust-resistant as I will be moving either to the Pacific Northwest or the Northeast coast in the next 3-4 years. When I discovered there were no Toyotas or Subarus in my monthly payment price range I got a little discouraged but our rep, Kevin Gribble, stepped it up a notch and walked me through other vehicle options that were in my price range. When I saw what would be become *my* Jeep Compass I was a little confused as to why the pricing was so good--I thought there must be something wrong with it. But after driving it and inspecting it top to bottom, reviewing the CarFax, and questioning Kevin, it seems the only problem with the vehicle was that nobody else wanted a fully-loaded Compass in pristine condition (to their everlasting woe, I assure you). When you know, you know. This was my car. We got into the paperwork and Tucson Subaru (Kevin and our awesome financial rep, Traci) handled everything top-to-bottom and I was able to drive my new vehicle home the same day with literally ZERO hassle or runaround. And after visiting that local "Nickel Pickle" place where they literally ring a gong after every sale, I can tell you that a no-pressure sales environment coupled with classy, exceptional customer service and a representative who could answer all my questions was worth its weight in gold. If you're on the fence about visiting Tucson Subaru, get off the fence and visit them. They don't just sell Subarus and they will make every effort to make your visit pleasant, even if you don't buy the car from them. But trust me, they'll work with your needs and wants and I'm pretty sure they can get you in the car you weren't expecting to have for the price. They'll take care of you. More

Loren was also great to converse with and he also lowered the price down for us to a reasonable deal. We're truly thankful. As for Traci, she's extremely nice, funny, and made the paperwork process less daunting as she was a joy to talk to. Everyone was truly friendly and wonderful. More

The dealership is quite accommodating as far as letting you drive the car you might want. The only down side is the pressure to buy right now. I would have liked to think about it for a day or two. I still probably would have come back and bought the car because it is an awesome car, but the comments of "you might not get zero percent financing" and "name your price" tactics left me a little cold. We still bought the Forester, but it left me feeling a little uncomfortable. I don't like being pushed. Apparently the tactics worked. More

He was great to work with during price negotiations and I never felt pressured. He explained in detail how the dealership arrived at it's prices, showed me data, and I felt he dealt with me fairly. He stressed the legal implication about temporary license plate display and even followed up on this matter 😀. More

The purchase experience was fast, easy and painless. The subsequent 5 years of ownership have been stress free knowing the service department is professional and always ready to answer my silly questions. Recently I began shopping for an older model Subaru for a granddaughter, but as expected older model Subarus are not readily available. Understandable as anyone who purchases a Subaru keeps it forever. When a 2009 Forester suddenly became available I decided that was the perfect vehicle for my granddaughter. From the first conversation I had with Kevin Gribble to sitting with Curt McHenry in finance, to having my granddaughter drive her Forester off the lot it was just as fast, easy and painless as my first experience with Subaru.
