Kevin Gribble and Curt McHenry made our experience one of the best we have We had a great experience buying our new Subaru Forester at Tucson Subaru. Kevin Gribble and Curt McHenry made our experience one of the best we have ever had buying a new car. We have been almost exclusively Honda and Acura owners over the past 30 years, but are excited about our new Subaru. I had extensively researched the vehicles we wanted to consider, we visited the lots on a Sunday to eyeball the cars, and pretty much had come down to a couple of choices. I got internet quotes on Monday morning from both Tucson and Phoenix dealers and we were ready to go. We made an appointment with Kevin after I got his quote which I was pleased with based on my research. I appreciated the no-haggle, no high pressure approach from the dealership. After a test drive, we were sold and went on with the transaction. Kevin and Curt presented options for additional items, most all of which we never opt for and appreciated their straightforward approach and their respect for our decisions on them. Kevin was patient with us and answered all of our questions about the vehicle and we appreciated being introduced to the service staff. When we finally left, we realized we had been at the dealership for about 3.5 hours, but we were comfortable the whole time and the time flew by and we were happy campers when we left. Thanks for a great buying experience and we look forward to visiting when we bring the car in for service. More
