We we kept informed of what to expect and was given a time frame that it would occur within. We purchased a demo car. The detailing on the car could have been much better. There Wes plenty of big dirt left on the paint and some sticky residue from food left on the interior. The manager has promised a fresh detail and full tank of gas when the car returns for undercoating. The staff were all pleasant and competent with their duties. Kevin went over the controls. His does just was clear and easy to understand. He was to the point, but thorough. Overall, it was a great experience. More
