but I would warn people - beware of admin fees after quote accepted. Salesman made it sound like these fees were mandatory. I found out after the sale that these fees are not mandatory and I should ha quote accepted. Salesman made it sound like these fees were mandatory. I found out after the sale that these fees are not mandatory and I should have requested theses fees be removed, I am very disappointed that Sapaugh takes advantage of people, An agreed upon quote should mean wheels on the road. BEWARE THAT IT IS NOT TRUE AT SAPAUGH. Also if it was not for Jessica, this sale would never have happened. Mike did not even try to negotiate the price with me. Jessica got involved and made it happen. More

This is the third new car I have bought at Sapaugh. Salesperson was excellent and finance manager very informative. Unfortunately the preowned 1 owner $33,000 vehicle hadn’t been looked over well and there was a nail in the tire and a side mirror not informative. Unfortunately the preowned 1 owner $33,000 vehicle hadn’t been looked over well and there was a nail in the tire and a side mirror not working. They made good on those and threw in weather mats because there were no floor mats….we were excited about the customer service even if we were the ones to find it through purchaser inspection. However a week in we noticed the touch screen was freezing and disconnecting. Two weeks later we contacted a different dealer and found out our factory warranty had expired just a few days earlier instead of the year we thought we had. Thank god we bought the premium extended warranty! Seems like several things that could have been caught by a thorough inspection on a $33k vehicle so the new owner didn’t have to deal with it. Other things like broken door sills I never would have thought to look for…and was frustrating to find… but that kind of thing I would expect on a Preowned car. The others not so much. Great customer service but maybe a little more vehicle care would be warranted. More
