He asked us some questions and pointed us to the vehicle we would be going home with that day. He was super laid back about it all and did not pressure us into making a purchase or into anything really. He got everything done so fast and we left with our new car and it only took us less than 3 hours from start to finish. It was really such a pleasant experience I've been telling anyone looking for a car to go to sapaugh down in herculaneum.
