The February 11th 2025 deal should have been seamless. Long distance cash sale, not financed purchase, Truck was in Mo. I was in Va. The truck was missing the owners manual, a 2nd key fob and the all weather floor mats. Yes, they were addressed and the GM told me to purchase floor mats and a key fob from Ford, and they would reimburse. He arranged for the replacement owners manual. In my mind these are some pretty simple issues that with some attention to detail should have been caught by the salesman. Lastly, they mailed an incorrect title and 13 days later I still do not have a title for my truck. More

This is the first dealership I've worked with that I feel comfortable working with all the employees. They listen to what our needs and wants are and find what we want. The service and parts department are g comfortable working with all the employees. They listen to what our needs and wants are and find what we want. The service and parts department are great. We go out of our way to have all of our service needs done at this location even though there are other dealerships closer. We have sent other people there to purchase vehicles and recommend you all the time. We have bought multiple cars there as well. We will be back. The next page list's all the individual employees and ask for ratings. I have given the ones I remember 5 stars but everyone I have interacted with deserves a 5 star rating. More

Sold me a car with tires worn down to the wire, clutch was failing, tried to refuse to give me the second key, tried to sell me a car with 4 chips in the windshield, said that interior cosmetic damage doe was failing, tried to refuse to give me the second key, tried to sell me a car with 4 chips in the windshield, said that interior cosmetic damage doesn't reduce the value of the car, and screamed at me on the phone when I brought all of this up. Stay as far away as possible from this dealership, it is not worth it. More
