Had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Bobby with trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to help, and I would gladly recommend them to anybody who needed trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. Chuck and Kevin have been my service advisors for all of my cars almost since I started having my cars done there in 1998. I have purchased cars there and had All of them only serviced at your location, eve my cars almost since I started having my cars done there in 1998. I have purchased cars there and had All of them only serviced at your location, even though I moved about an hour and a half to two hours away in Lakeland. As long as Chuck is still working there we will be customers for life. My Son took the Rogue with him on his contract job in North Carolina and he tried using the Nissan dealership up there but has been so badly treated he refuses to return. He is Spoiled by the Service we've received from lokey the past 26 years. Chuck is awesome, he really cares about his people and he Never tries to oversell anyone. He just explains what is needed or necessary and lets me make up my own mind. But I've always done what he has recommended for us. More
