Comfortable environment Dealerships makes me uneasy as I am a first time buyer and prone to nervousness. I felt pretty comfortable at Tucson Subaru. I did take a while to m Dealerships makes me uneasy as I am a first time buyer and prone to nervousness. I felt pretty comfortable at Tucson Subaru. I did take a while to make a car decision while also exploring my car options elsewhere but came back to Subaru. My sales associate kept in touch and updated me on the status of the car I was interested in but wasn't overbearing or pushy. I appreciate the space I was given. The actual car buying process was emotionally stressful for me but like I said, I'm prone to nervousness. The environment there was really calm and helped me while I was there. I remember feeling like I could back out at any moment and it would be ok, they were really patient with me. I am grateful to my associate and Tucson Subaru for making the experience positive since it was my first time buying and it was a really big decision! I'm really happy with my purchase. I think car buying is stressful no matter what but Tucson Subaru was a comfy place with a lot of nice people. More

No pressure purchase Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Subaru. The difficult part was deciding if it was to be an Outback or a Forester, and if it was to be new or a Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Subaru. The difficult part was deciding if it was to be an Outback or a Forester, and if it was to be new or a certified pre-owned. Kevin McDougall, from Tucson Subaru was there to help me focus on my needs for my future car. Naturally we drove different vehicles and the strong points of each were delineated. He pointed out the benefits of new vs pre-owned. He described the benefits of a special deal offered by Subaru for the purchase of a new Subaru. So, I selected a 2018 pre-owned Outback with 4000 miles on it! It was beautiful. I loved it. But when I returned with my husband the next day, the vehicle had been purchased that morning! Oh no. But clever MrDougall, arranged a very generous purchase price on a new Outback for almost the same price as the pre-owned one I had intended to purchase. Kevin directed the easy purchase process and explained how to operate a 2018 Outback to the prior owner of a 2005 Jeep. He has me enrolled in sessions to assist me with all the technology and updates available on my new car. Appointments were made for the first maintenance checks and presented me with a great car to take home that evening. But wait. Two days after my purchase, I needed assistance to change the time on the clock on dashboard. Darla was available and showed me how to accomplish this and I’m ready for our learning session upon my return from vacation. And, one more thing.
